Alaikha Annan Hirtranusi
Our founder is a licensed advocate under the Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI) and the Managing Partner of HLegal. He has extensive experience across corporate, commercial, and regulatory practice areas, delivering precise, business-oriented legal solutions aligned with strategic and compliance needs.
Prior to founding HLegal, Alaikha handled complex legal and transactional matters at two of Indonesia’s top-tier law firms, ranked among the nation’s Top 10. His experience spans corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, investment compliance, data protection, technology law, and dispute resolution.
Guided by integrity and strategic foresight, he believes law should not only safeguard but also empower. With a “yes-if” mindset, he focuses on enabling solutions—helping businesses move forward confidently while remaining compliant within Indonesia’s evolving regulatory landscape.
